Deanne Frame

Deanne Frame serves as the Director of Human Resources for McNeill Hotel Company, which she joined in 2019. In this role, she provides mentorship to team members and contributes to the overall HR strategy for the company. Her areas of focus include employee relations for an employee population of 600+, HR analytics, compensation, systems implementations, and high impact partnership for 26 locations. Deanne was instrumental in the HR and Operations collaboration that successfully positioned McNeill Hotel Company to continue operating and retain talent during the pandemic period among many other noteworthy contributions to the organization.

Deanne first provided HR support and strategy to Bowlero Corp, the number one brand in the bowling space.

Immediately prior to joining McNeill, she supported Colonial Webb, a Comfort Systems USA company.

Deanne received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph–Macon College and the Senior Certified Professional Certification from the Society of Human Resources. She is also a member of the Richmond SHRM chapter and is passionate about opportunities to put people first professionally and in community work. Her favorite way to give back to others is through the Forward Foundation of Virginia.

Outside of work, Deanne enjoys spending time with family and friends. You can often to find her cheering for the Rams at VCU basketball games or roaming the shores of the Outer Banks beaches.
